This is a perfect Villa for a private company based in Mombassa wishing to send employees for week-long and weekend retreats!

The JB Villa is a private villa on two acres of property, with a guest-house, staff quarters and garage. It is fully furnished, with two gardeners who also maintain the pool  and a maid .  There is security guard at night and emergency alarm to the security company, with a 3 min response time . Kilifi is however a very peaceful place and there have never been security problems in this area.

The house is situated in a very nice green area , the garden is beautiful and the area has many possibilities for  walking  or bicycle tours. It is also only a few minutes walk to a magnificent unspoiled beach on the Indian Ocean .

Main house : living room , verandah , kitchen , laundry room , one master bedroom and two additional bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom/shower .The main house is 300 m2 including verandah

Guest house : Verandah , two separate rooms with en-suite bathroom/shower and common kitchen . The guest house is 150 m2 including verandah .

No A/C's , but ceiling fans in all rooms . The always pleasant sea breeze cools the house and A/C is not needed.

There is Sat - TV with international channels and internet .

Kilifi is a quiet area , but developing . The villa is approximately 3 km from Kilifi town , which has shopping facilities  for just about everything. There are banks, pharmacies , and several good restaurants in the area at both hotels and individual restaurants.

The Tsavo game park (Kenya's biggest) is approximately 2 hours drive , diving and boats are available .Very good bird watching.

For the more social guests, there is a very nice place by the name of the Kilifi Boat-yard, with restaurant and a Saturday lunch get-together for the expat community. Most importantly though, Kilifi is the real Africa; unspoiled, quiet and authentic. A true paradise for somebody , who is not looking for the tourist crowd, but a relaxed life in a clean , unspoiled and beautiful environment .
It is 45 min drive to Mombassa .
